Privacy

We collect only what we need to take your order and get it to you: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.

Card details never touch our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we only ever see the last four digits and the result of the charge.

Your shipping address is shared with Stallion Express and the delivering carrier so your parcel can be labelled and tracked. It is not shared with anyone else.

Buying something does not sign you up for marketing. There is a separate, optional tick box at checkout, unticked by default, and your order goes through exactly the same whether or not you tick it.

If you do join our list, we store your email address, the date you consented and which form you used, until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also use our email preferences page at any time.

Unsubscribing is permanent until you choose to sign up again. Placing another order will not put you back on the list. Order confirmations and shipping updates are not marketing and are unaffected.
